Our Cabin is in the heart of the Black Hills surrounded by tall pine and birch trees, nestled on 4 acres with abundant wildlife spotting of turkey, deer, birds, bighorn rams and a possible big cat. Beautiful panoramic views from inside or out of the home. Located in the hills and within 1.25 mile from town of Lead and the Hwy, 7 miles to Historic Deadwood and 5 miles to Terry Peak ski area, 50 minute drive to Mount Rushmore. Adventure awaits with access to snowmobile/hiking trails, local ski area and 3 area golf course.
Entertaining in the home is a pleasure in the grand living room with a textural wood lattic ceiling and the log walls reflect historic style of the trusses and rafters in this hexagon Great Room. Floor to ceiling rock hearth with gas fireplace to warm you and toast the day. Walls of windows from the main area to the 2nd floor invites the light and the outdoors in. The Great Room is open to an Expansive Gourmet kitchen with huge 5X9 ft. marble island is the heart of this home with island seating for 8. Two dual convection wall ovens, large 6 burner gas stove, and chefs kitchen with cookware to please a master chef. Dinnerware to serve as many or few as needed.
